Police in Kikuube district have apprehended seven individuals in connection with a series of recent murderd that resulted in the tragic loss of more than six lives.
According to reports, the suspects were taken into custody from various locations during a collaborative security operation conducted within the territories of Kabwoya and Kyangwali sub-county.
Julius Hakiiza, the spokesperson for the Albertine region police, refrained from disclosing the identities of the detainees, citing concerns about compromising the ongoing investigation. The suspects were apprehended on separate occasions and are presently being held at Kikuube police station.
