Rubirizi District | The Black Examiner – Police in Rubirizi District are investigating circumstances under which a primary school teacher was found dead in his rented room.
Marcial Tumusiime, the greater Bushenyi police spokesperson confirmed the incident and identified the deceased as Julius Mugasho, 43 years, a teacher at Kishenyi Primary school.
He said the incident happened in Kalamba village, Kishenyi Parish Katuguru Sub County in Rubirizi District.
It’s alleged that yesterday at around 10:00 Am the deceased attended the function with an American guest who had visited the school with his fellow teachers and the function ended at around 5:00Pm.
According to Irene Niwagaba, 53 the school headmistress at Kishenyi primary school the deceased was later seen seated at his door at around 6pm before entering his rented room.
However, the deceased was not seen coming out of his house which prompted other teachers to proceed to his room to check on him, the door was not locked checking inside, he was found dead.
